Yog'Art is an original morning experience at the heart of Le [POD] gallery in Muret, near Toulouse.

On the program: 1 hour of dynamic yoga, followed by 1.5 hours of artistic creation guided by a guest artist.

The yoga is accessible, but it's genuinely dynamic: we awaken the body, we sweat, and everyone adapts to their own level. No need to be flexible, athletic, or accustomed to yoga.

Then, it's time for creation. The gallery provides all the materials: canvases, brushes, spray cans, markers, acrylic paint. The artist presents their work, demonstrates their techniques live, also creates during the workshop, and then guides each participant in their own artwork. You start with your idea, test a technique, ask your questions... and you leave with your painting, which remains exhibited in the gallery until the next Yog'Art session.

No need to know how to paint. No need to have done yoga before. You come to try, create, exchange, and have a genuinely good time. Simple, friendly, and natural atmosphere: not elitist, not pretentious.
